second, Congress created The Federal Reserve System and it is not “owned” by anyone and is not a private, profit-making institution. Instead, it is an independent entity within the government, having both public purposes and private aspects.

@RoySC1 The constitution gives Congress the power to print money. That in itself, if regulated properly by a responsible media & a population paying attention, isn’t evil. The selling of our system of currency to Wall St. with the Federal Reserve Act was evil. The Fed makes an obscene amount of money on our backs. All it does is raise the cost of living so a few predators can live with more than anyone should have. It’s un-American at it’s essence. We need to see past “divide & conquer” tactics.
