You should really advise your readers in regards to the options of bankrupcy, CCC, and stuctured debt settlements. for those struggling the above five options are not helpful. These 3 alternatives all have pros and cons and each option has a fit depending on the clients total finacial situation. The one that needs watched the most though is CCC. CCC was set up for and by the Credit card companies, has a 68% fail ration nationally and more often than not, the client ends up worse off than where they started. This leaves BK and structured settlement as the best two options. Again, it depends on each clients personal situation, and ultimately what they themselves believe is the best fit for them upon proper education.
Thanks
